All of our products sent to easy- teach customers have been tested for quality and accuracy. If however any of our products do not meet your individual requirements or are found to be defective, then we will provide a replacement at no extra cost, or a complete refund on return of the original items.
In the event of any unresolved incompatibility with our software and the end user operating system, we offer a full refund on return of the product.
